JEEP COMBI SAFARI full day
Operating all year round... Discover a different Algarve through environmental circuits, with lunch included. Showing a different Portugal in all-terrain vehicles in various areas of the Algarve is our aim. After pick up from your hotel or accommodation, drive to Vila Real de Santo António or Castro Marim. Panoramic view of the Sapal Natural Reserve of Castro Marim. Salinas (salt evaporation pond), salt extraction and Flor de Sal, fauna and flora. Proof of flor de sal and medronho or fig liquors, depending on the time of the year.
Stop at local basket maker for explanation and exhibition of art, bread oven and tasting of the honey (not always possible to taste the bread or see it in the oven), it depends on the cooking day. Stop for explanation on cork.
Lunch in the village at Quinta do Rio", a place of natural beauty with views over the river and the village, you can cool down with a swim in the swimming pool and with the drinks of the bar, before we serve you a delicious BBQ, natural side dishes with aromatic herbs, including regional red and white wine. Live music will create a cheerful atmosphere.
Return by boat along the River Guadiana, the natural border between Portugal and Spain. Sailing upriver to the timeless village Foz de Odeleite, you can choose to stroll through the village where you can visit the local people and “Ti Rita” (the cheese maker). On the boat trip back, relax on the sun terrace or have a refreshing drink in the salon bar.

ADULT & CHILDREN AGE on Jeep Safari
Adult age, from 11 years onwards. Children age, between 3 and 10 years old, pay 50% of adult price, and are entitled to a seat on the Jeep. Infants age, up to 2 years old, pay 50% discount of adult price, and are entitled to a seat on the Jeep. On Jeep Safari tours, booster seats or baby carrycots are mandatory and are provided by the Jeep company on request.
